Default Lost my rear tail lite len over again

So I took what was left off for skillful and started to mock it up.

And then I'm going to swap the forepart and rear turn signal sockets around and add some diodes to preclude feedback when braking or turning with signals.

My Texas State inspection sticker will get where the tail low-cal was until I effigy how I desire to cutting the rear fender for a more racing look??

New cherry-red lens caps.

twenty bucks so far and the only thing I need is a small LED calorie-free for the license plate and she'll exist back on the road.

The same thing happens to me all the time. I use small safe washers to absorb some of the vibration. I'd really like to re-create what you lot've washed hither, It looks fantastic. Do you lot know where I can get some detailed instructions?

Dont use Loctite on the plastic bezel. It will melt it.
Ask me how I know.

My situation was different. I had bought a Willie M tail low-cal embrace a bit over a yr agone. I came habitation one day and it was gone. Zero weird near that ... other than the screws were however in. Its like someone stole my cover and put the rest of the tail light back together. It was parked at my work in a locked area though then I know that didnt happen.

I drilled thru the fender and installed some stainless screws from the backside with ruby-red loctite (angled washer made of aluminum tubing for fender).

The screws are long enough to protrude thru the lens, and the lense is held down with acorn nuts that I dremeled a screwdriver slot in.

There's no doubt that some of these lenses can vibrate off, but I gotta wonder how many are merely plain stolen......Phillips head screwdriver, ii screws, about lx seconds and gone! grrrrrrr.......

Your'south was obviously ripped.....perhaps non at work, simply somewhere'due south. If I can't park where I can see the bike, ain't gonna park there....plain & simple.

i personally put a verrrrrrrrrry tinnnnnny small dot of clear silicone on the lesser of each lense. Information technology seems to help the consequence of the lense non vibrating yet still little enough silicone to not interfer in removal.

I'll have to try this with the problem I am having. I purchased a prepare of the Hard disk drive visor tail lenses and the Visor trim rotates freely around the lense which should not happen at all or at least be very tight. Also these lenses do not snap in equally potent as the stock lenses. I accept a tube of Silicone in my toolbox and then a tiny dab just might keep me from losing one once more, and the fact that they sometimes rotate with the visor going crooked.
